Global leveraged equity fund inflows are skyrocketing
Global leveraged equity funds have seen ~$14 billion in net inflows over the last 2 weeks.

This is way above previous records seen during the 2020 recovery.
US leveraged long ETFs alone posted a record $6.6 billion in net inflows last week.

The 3x leveraged Nasdaq 100 long ETF, $TQQQ ( ▼ 8.53% ) , attracted a massive $2.3 billion. The majority of inflows came from retail investors.
Meanwhile, this fund’s price has dropped by 17% over the last 3 trading sessions and by 54% since February 19.

The level of speculation has been truly historic. As a reminder, such things do not happen at market bottoms.
