US executives are selling their own shares at the fastest pace in months
What do US insiders know?
778 corporate executives sold their shares this month through June 11, while only 200 bought shares, according to Washington Service data.
This puts the ratio of insider buyers to sellers at 0.26, the lowest since November 2024.

By comparison, the long-term average has been around 0.45.
To put this differently, executives increasingly believe their companies are overvalued.
