The Fed Beige Book is published 8 times a year and is based on anecdotal reports from businesses, economists, and market contacts across the 12 Fed districts: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Dallas, and San Francisco.
