🚨German bankruptcies are skyrocketing
The number of bankruptcies in the world's third-largest economy hit a 10-year high
Here’s what you can do when your bank starts apologizing
You may have gotten a ‘sorry’ email from your bank, saying that if you had a 5% APY cash account, that privilege is being snatched away. And with interest rates set to keep sinking… where to pivot? But now, for a slice of their portfolio, Masterworks’ art investing platform is offering shares to 66,000+ investors, with each of their 23 sales individually returning a profit to said investors. With 3 illustrative sales, Masterworks investors have realized net annualized returns of +17.6%, +17.8%, and +21.5%!

The number of corporate bankruptcies in Germany jumped to ~2,000 the highest in 10 years. Bankruptcies have doubled in less than 3 years.

This just confirms that the world’s third-largest economy has been going through a recession.
As for the stock market, remember that the DAX index has nothing to do with the German economy.
Less than 20% of revenues come from Germany for companies included in the index as they are more internastional.
Additionally, SAP accounted for nearly 50% gains of the index over the past year. This is a huge market concentration.
A better reflection of the economy is the MDAX index of mid-sized corporations.
