According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics report released Tuesday, CPI inflation rose 2.7% Y/Y in June, above expectations of 2.6% and up from 2.4% in May. This marks the second consecutive monthly increase.

Month-over-month, CPI inflation rose 0.3%, up from 0.1% in May and in line with expectations.
